RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Silver Service Leather (SSL), customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

✅ The product arrived damaged

✅ The product received is different from what was ordered

✅ The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Customized or personalized products

❌ Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

❌ Products returned after 7 days from delivery

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Return the item in its original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Silver Service Leather reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
